In the fast-paced world of fashion and styling, maintaining a consistent self-care routine is essential for both personal well-being and professional success.

Morning Routine (6:00 AM - 9:00 AM)

I start my day with meditation and journaling, followed by a skincare routine that keeps my skin glowing for long days on set.

Midday Reset (12:00 PM - 1:00 PM)

A healthy lunch and a few minutes of mindfulness help me stay centered during busy styling sessions.

Evening Wind-down (8:00 PM - 10:00 PM)

Gentle stretching, a warm bath, and preparing for the next day ensure I get quality rest.
